Ghanaian President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo left here Saturday to take part in the conference on the G20 Compact with Africa (CwA) to be held in Berlin, German, the presidency said in a release on Sunday.

The CwA was initiated in 2017, under the German G20 presidency to promote private investment in Africa.

This year’s conference, which will take place from Oct. 29 to Oct. 31, is expected to assemble reform-minded African countries, international organizations and bilateral partners from G20 and beyond, to coordinate country-specific reform agenda, support respective policy measures and advertise investment opportunities to private investors, said the release.
