Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, has unveiled the federal government’s plan to deliver Final Investment Decisions on key projects in the coming weeks.
Sylva disclosed this during a high-level session on “New Regional Perspectives: Critical Enablers to Africa’s Energy Transition” in the ongoing 24th World Energy Congress in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
In a series of tweets on the verified twitter handle of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources on Tuesday, the minister reiterated that his vision would be to amply bequeath a vibrant petroleum industry that would guarantee long term strategic investments and prosperity for all Nigerians.
He further said, “The gas development priority of the Federal Government which will solidify the industrialization drive of the country while namechecking the focus on the Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano (AKK) pipeline project.”
