NIPC publishes 2020 Q2 mandatory disclosures


Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) has said it has published mandatory disclosures for the 2020 second quarter (Q2) in over 16 areas relevant to its operations and the public.

A statement published on the NIPC website stated this.

It announce that: “the NIPC is pleased to inform the general public that in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, the following mandatory disclosures, most of which cover April-June 2020, have been placed on the FOI Section of NIPC’s website: https://nipc.gov.ng/

The stated disclosures include the areas such as:

  1. Pioneer Status Incentive Report
  2. List of companies registered under the NIPC Act
  3. List of court cases that NIPC is involved in
  4. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Agreements signed by NIPC
  5. Procurements Records
  6. Summary of all FOI requests received and responded to
  7. Nominal Roll & Nominal Roll summaries
  8. Appropriation budget performance
  9. Report of the One-Stop Investment Centre (OSIC)
  10. Actual IGR Collection vs Budget
  11. IGR Revenue and Expenditure


  1. Revised 2020 Appropriation Budget
  2. Approved 2020 Income and Expenditure Budgets
  3. 2020 Procurement Plan
  4. NIPC Annual Report, 2019
  5. 2020 Report of Issued and Cancelled Pioneer Certificates
