The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that the presidential election next year will hold on February 25
This was made known in the new timetable released by the Commission. It indicated that the “Presidential Elections 25th of February, 2023
**Governorship Elections 11th of March 2023.
** 2023 general elections is now 363 days away.
** Presidential campaigns to kick off on Wednesday, 28th of September 2022.
** Governorship campaigns to kick off on Wednesday, 12th October 2022.
Last day of campaigns
** 23rd of February 2023 last day of campaign for the Presidential elections.
** 9th of March 2023 last day of campaign for the governorship elections.
